On the cellphone board I learned there were scripts for I Tunes. I went researching and learned that several people create them.
I also learned there are scriipts for the Rhapsody client.
My question is wich one J Tunes or Bliind Tunes or other is the best?
Okay. I did some researching and I settled on Blind Tunes and Rhapsody Blind.
My first reason was both programs were created with support by a blind person, so that seemed to be a solid reason for trying these. He understand our needs.
My second reason was both script platforms are free. www.rhapsodyblind.com will take you to a page to get it, and on that page is the link for the ITunes scripts.
I have not yet tried the ITunes scripts, but plan too.
Rhapsody was pretty much unaccessible with the client, but online it can be operated just fine. The client, however has many advantages, so having it work in my opinion is the best way to use this service.
The scripts I have been playing with for about 3 days shortly after this post, and so far I'm impressed. They've done a beautiful job.
I have not learned all the controls yet, but it, if you are use to using scripts, will come to you easy.
He's got an audio description on the site as well, so that might help many. I did not really listen to it, so I can't say.
Now on the ITunes, I haven't had any issues operating it as is, so maybe I'm missing out on features. I have been able to do as I need, but will install the scripts due to the Rhapsody platform working so well.
To be fair, I did not try any others, so I can't say if they'd have been better.
